- Walk-in cooler was observed to be at 4C
- Walk-in freezer was observed to be below -18C
- Food in the dry storage area was stored off the ground
- Bleach solution in labelled spray bottle was at 200ppm.
- Low Temp. glasswasher not in use. All glassware is cleaned and sanitized via the high temperature dishwasher in the kitchen.
- High temperature dishwasher was not in use. To be inspected at the next inspection.
- No signs of pest activity. Kitchen has UV fly trap installed.
