Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glassware washer has iodine sanitizer in the bottle but the test strips (two kinds used) are not showing a 12.5ppm iodine concentration in the final rinse water, even after priming.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately, use the main kitchen dishwasher to wash and sanitize glassware, or you can use the glassware washer to wash and rinse glassware, and then sanitize manually in the second sink in the bar area using a sanitizer such as 100ppm chlorine (1/2 tsp bleach in 1 litre water) and soak for 2 minutes. Check the glassware washer and only use to sanitize if it can provide 12.5ppm iodine in the final rinse. Also, mark the bottle to see if the level is going down.
