Routine inspection conducted:
- Sausages are not repackaged on site, they come commercially packaged by an approved facility (Continental Sausage)
- Dry goods (ex. flour) are repackaged on site and labelled.
- Hand washing station equipped with hot / cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher not in operation during inspection.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available on site.
NOTE: No repackaging being done at the time of inspection.
Ensure all labels comply with CFIA requirements.
Submit an updated food safety plan to district inspector for items being repackaged on site.
