Facility makes bubble tea, sandwiches, and has ice cream scooping area (all of which were approved by previous district EHO)
There are two 2 compartment sinks present. One of the 2 compartment sinks is being used as a handwash station and is supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Coolers at 4 deg C or less
Freezers at -18 deg C or less
Multiple upright coolers and freezers in back storage area

Sanitation of facility must be improved as this can contribute to rodent concerns.
