Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No bleach or other food contact surface sanitizer was available on site at time of inspection.
2. Food debris observed on mixer and mixer guard. Operator stated food mixer is cleaned prior to each use.
Corrective Action(s): Operator obtained bleach at time of inspection. Bleach water sanitizer was prepared at 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure that sanitizer is available on site at all times. Food mixer was cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized following each use. Operator was able to describe and demonstrate proper ware washing procedures.

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B27U6L.

- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Paper towel dispensers at hand washing stations are functional.
- Opened food products in storage, including chocolate, are stored in covered containers.
- No eggs on site. Note: Personal food items such as staff lunches should be labeled and kept in an area separate from other foods on site.
- Waffle cones stored away from potential sources of contamination. It was stated that cones are covered for overnight storage.
- Light cover in place over light fixture noted on previous report
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Operator's FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate valid until December 3, 2021. Reminder to keep copies of all staff FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates on site.
The following is outstanding:
1. Ensure all areas noted on previous report are properly cleaned and sanitized.
2. Remove any items that are not required for business use.
