Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 compartment sink - sanitizing sink less than 50 ppm chlorine

Sanitizer wiping rag container 0 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizing compartment is to be maintained with 100 ppm chlorine to sanitize dishware effectively.

All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine, 1 tea spoon of bleach per 1 litre of water).

Sanitizer solutions should be change frequently and verified with a testing strip to maintain 100 ppm chlorine.

Installed wall mount papertowel dispensers now stocked with correct papertowel product.
