Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In-use utensils observed stored in a container with room temperature water (without ice). Staff placed ice in the container during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Store all in-use utensils in a container with ice water to prevent bacterial growth and contamination to food. Ensure to replace ice water throughout the day once the ice has melted.

Observation: Multiple fruit flies observed in back dishwashing area/storage area. Yellow fruit fly traps are observed in the storage area with multiple fruit flies trapped.
Corrective Action(s): Replace all yellow fly traps in the storage area to prevent potential contamination of food. Ensure traps are placed away from food preparation areas. Monitor fruit fly population and contact pest control to assess breeding site and apply treatment as necessary. Keep all food covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination. Mop any areas with excess moisture and maintain the premise in a sanitary condition to prevent breeding. Ensure fruit fly population has decreased before the next routine inspection.

Observations:
- Sandwich preparation cooler at front service at 4'C (top and bottom)
- 2-door glass cooler at 3'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- Stand-up freezer at -20'C
*NOTE: display cooler has not been repaired to measure 4'C or less. Display cooler is used to store non-potentially hazardous baked goods only
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration
- Chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Bleach strips are available on site - good!
- Ice machine observed in satisfactory sanitary condition
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Chemicals are stored away from food
*NOTE:stainless steel drying rack available on wall above the dishwasher
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff is available on site
