Follow-up insepction Produce cooler with potentially hazardous foods had an ambient air temperature of 4 C or below. Internal temperature of products registered at 4-5 C. Take temperature of cooler throughout the day and document. Thermometer kept in cooler - good. Cut watermelon fully submersed in ice - good. Curtain strips for the walk-in cooler have been replaced. Continue working on items mentioned in report PKUR-CU9V74 (shelving in walk-in cooler).
