Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection:
- All foods were stored off the ground and covered.
- Staff items were stored in designated employee lockers.
- Scoops for ice machine and ice well were both stored in separate containers outside of the ice
- Kitchen, bar and pizza station all had their own spray bottles of quat 200ppm. Reusable cloth towels stored in 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Reminder to not mix chlorine and quat sanitizer.
- Back door was closed at time of inspection
- Good overall general sanitation. Floors were clean with no cardboard.
- Owners are working on obtaining permits for the new washer/dryer installed in the downstairs storage
- All hand wash stations were fully equipped (soap, paper towel hot and cold running water) and unobstructed (ie. nothing stored in hand sinks, fully accessible)
