Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sauce was stored in an opened metal can. This is a repeat issue.
Corrective Action(s): Once canned foods are opened, the contents must be transferred into food grade containers to prevent potential contamination of foods. Sauce was transferred into a food grade containers at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 02, 2020.
-Slicer had minor amount of debris on the blade cover. Ensure the slicer is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use and not just partially cleaned.
-Raw meats were properly stored below and separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-Did not find any mouldy containers in the cooler at the time of inspection.
-Scoops were properly stored at the time of inspection.
-Cleaning has been carried out in the fryer area. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.

-Operator signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
