Observation: Counter at back (by staff washroom/sink) is becoming worn and is difficult to clean.
Corrective Action(s): Keep store clean. All surfaces should be in good condition so that they can be easily cleaned. Clean floor in hard to reach areas. This will help with pest control and monitoring for pests.

Food Store ONLY. No open food allowed (no re-packaging of food or food processing). Pre-packaged foods only.
Flower storage and flower area is separate from food.
Hot and cold water are provided for cleaning and for hand washing (liquid soap and paper towels are provided at the staff washroom area).
See above regarding cleaning of the staff washroom area.
Higher risk foods are being stored at 4 C or colder in the cooler.
Freezers are all at -18 C or colder.
Pest control monitoring is in place (traps empty). Seal any holes where pests may enter. See above regarding cleaning.
No evidence of pests in the food storage areas. Continue with monitoring for pests and contract licenced pest control if pests are noted.
