Meat and rice in hot holding units were over 60C. No food stored in oven. Toppings cooler was serviced yesterday and is reading at 4C today. Nothing stored inside handwashing sinks. Onion cleaned off kitchen floor. Reminder: change ceiling light outside of washroom and replace floor tiles by next routine inspection. Please change the timer to a thermometer.
