Inspection following premise renovation: The following items require correction prior to issuance of health approval: -Replace 2 door upright cooler with new 2 door cooler set at 4 C -Install new undercounter cooler adjacent to 3 compartment sink -Locate freezer with cutting table as per approved plan -Clean all existing shelving wall mounts -Install all wall mount shelving units as per approved plan -Front service counter - clean all construction waste on surfaces, pest proof all cabinet penetrations -Kitchen - repair damaged tile baseboards under sinks and in corner adjacent to sinks, wall finishes to be smooth impervious and easily cleaned. -Close off wall cavity behind oven -Kitchen pest proof all ceiling penetrations around pipe conduits -Provide stainless steel sink cover -Install liquid soap and papertowel dispensers at front handsink -Storage room - deep cleaning of all surfaces - floor, walls, shelves, interior / exterior of walkin cooler Notes: 2 door prep cooler 2 C alto shams left to right: 76 C, 80 C, 82 C Upright cooler / freezer 2 C / -11 C Walkin cooler 3 C Permit fee notice hand delivered.
