A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Low temperature dishwasher rinse cycle had [Cl2] of 0ppm. The rinse cycle of the dishwasher requires to have a [Cl2] of 50ppm or more in order to kill germs and bacteria. This violations was required to be corrected today, yet it has not been. Repair or replace the dishwasher so that the rinse cycle has [Cl2] of 50ppm or more. - A correction order was issued. Failure to comply with the correction order will result in the issuance of tickets and fines (over $300) EACH day the violation persists.
