Comments Temperature: Ice cream freezer measured at -18C. Display cooler measured at 3C. 2 undercounter coolers measured at 2C. 2 3-door standing freezers measured at -21C. Prep line - tomatoes measured at an internal temp. of 2C. Undercounter cooler measured at 1C. Yogurt insert at blender station measured at 1C, kept on ice. Sanitation: 2 handsinks supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer pails measured at 200ppm QUATs. 3 compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer dispenser at 3 comp sink measured at 200ppm QUATs. Ice machine is sanitary, scoop is stored in a separate container. Blender jugs and other in use utensils are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours. Food is properly packaged and stored minimum six inches off the floor. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspeciton. General: Health permit is posted. Staff onsite has valid FoodSafe Level 1.
