Routine inspection with the presence of Assistant Manager. - General sanitation - Good! - Walk in dairy cooler 2.5C - Various display coolers and freezers, chest freezers temperature satisfactory. - Milk placed at the back of the display cooler to keep good temperature control- Good practice! - No expired food observed at the front and at the back room. - Dry storage area in the back room well maintained, no food spills, - No pest activity observed during inspection. Back door and receiving rolling door have no gap for pest entry. - No concern for Baby formula. Please contact health inspector if you have any concerns. Thanks.
