Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at -18'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. Logs kept up to date. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottle in kitchen. Automated dispenser at correct concentration. - Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. - Back storage area satisfactory. Washroom satisfactory. Facility's mechanical dishwasher has not been functioning since yesterday. Technician has been contacted and to be on site within this week, if not early next week. Manual dishwashing method is properly being following using 200ppm Quats at 3 compartment sink. Facility is doing mostly take-outs and has very few dine in customers. Facility to continue to use take-out containers only for all take-out/dine-in customers until the dishwasher is repaired. NOTE: Ensure to contact the health inspector once the dishwasher is repaired. General maintenance and sanitation level of the facility satisfactory. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
