Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher measured at 0 ppm chorine concentration with test strip. Sanitizer stock bottle was changed during inspection and the sanitizer line was primed by staff. However, no sanitizer residual was measured at the plate surface.
Corrective Action(s): Use the 3-compartment sink on site to clean and sanitize all dishes. Until the dishwasher is verified to be repaired by the health inspector, ensure to wash, rinse and sanitize in the 3-compartment sink as per sanitation plan and as per provided dishwashing signage. Do not use the dishwasher for any dishwashing purposes until verified to be working by the health inspector. Alternatively, use single-use dishware and cutlery until the dishwasher is repaired.

Observation: Dishwasher is not able to dispense 50 ppm chlorine concentration at the plate surface.
Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher to ensure it is able to dispense 50 ppm chlorine concentration for adequate sanitation of dishware and utensils. Obtain chlorine test strips and ensure staff are checking dishwasher sanitizer strength at least once per day.

*NOTES:
- kitchen use is limited to club members only. Outside catering companies used for private events do not have access to the dishwasher on site.
- Walk-in cooler is decommissioned as food service for club members is limited to coffee, pre-packaged baked goods, barbecue condiment preparation and re-heating
- A domestic cooler/freezer is available on site for a limited food storage (bread, frozen baked goods, coffee creamer)
- The commercial oven and stove have been removed and replaced with a domestic stove/oven
- No food preparation observed during inspection

Observations:
- Domestic cooler measured at 3'C
- Domestic freezer measured at -19'C
- Chest freezer measured at -20'C
- No-hot holding on site
- General sanitation of facility is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Bleach is available on site for food contact surface sanitizer
*Reminder: to prepare bleach sanitizer, mix 1/2-1 teaspoon of bleach with 1 litre of water to yield 100-200 ppm chlorince concentration
- No signs of pests during inspection
- All food stored protected from potential contamination
