Comments

- Hand-washing basin is stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels
- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius
- Freezer temperatures are satisfactory
- Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer (Zep Supermarket Sanitizer) available, but not connected to the correct line of the wall dispenser
*Zep Supermarket Sanitizer concentrate is currently connected to the "floor cleaner" port on the wall dispenser and is dispensing at ~400ppm. The concentration of the sanitizer solution is too high to be used as a "no-rinse, foodgrade" sanitizer at the current settings.
*As a temporary measure, fill the sanitizer spray bottles halfway from the wall dispensers, then dilute with water to make a 200ppm concentration solution.
*As a long-term measure, contact the chemical supplies company to send in a representative to restore the wall dispenser unit to the correct settings.
- No sanitation concerns observed at time of inspection
- No pest activity observed during inspection
