Follow up to routine health inspection report # MBEK-C4AU62.
Low temperature dishwasher serviced (new feed line installed). Dishwasher measured with a sanitizer residual of 50 to 100 ppm chlorine at the utensil surface, water temperature 61 degrees C.
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles and bucket with wiping cloths at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
Raw animal products such as raw chicken/pork stored properly at time of inspection (not stored above ready-to-eat foods).
No concerns with thawing practices at time of inspection.
Employee personal belongings were not observed to be stored in food and food equipment/utensil areas.
