Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at back preparation area is observed not supplied with liquid soap during inspection. Staff placed liquid soap in dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all hand washing stations unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel to ensure staff are washing their hands properly and at adequate frequency.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed drying hands with a re-usable cloth towel at front service area. Staff was educated to use paper towel to dry hands after handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): All food handlers must practice propery hand hygiene and ensure they are using warm water and liquid soap to wash and a single-use drying method to dry hands. Using a re-usable cloth towel can cause re-contamination of food handlers hands.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottle at front observed not labelled during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Label all chemicals to prevent chemical contamination of food. Ensure all sanitizer bottles are labelled "sanitizer" to promote staff to use sanitizer for all equipment, food contact surfaces and utensils.

- Sandwich cooler at 3'C (top and bottom)
- Beverage display cooler at 2'C
- No hot-holding observed during inspection
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing station at front and in staff washroom observed unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site during inspection
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
