COMMENTS - No evidence of pests - Pest control program in place - Handsinks adequately supplied - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius - Bleach for sanitizer solution available under sink - Two functional sink plugs available for use observed - Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition - FoodSafe Certified staff present during on site during classes (owner not present today) NOTE: Facility holds private cooking classes/demos NOTE: Unable to test dishwasher at time of inspection as it is domestic type. Ensure sani cycle is used. NOTE: as owner was not present unable to confirm location of spray bottle used for sanitizer solution (last year inspection spray bottle was full with sanitizer -unable to test this year. Ensure sanitizer solution is made for each group function) .
