Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food products such as sliced ham and cheese that were not stored at the appropriate temperature were removed prior to re-inspection to operator's second location that was located 15 minutes drive away. Operator was instructor to have all food tath were removed from premises to be brought back to the store location to have the temperature of the food verified. Upon verification, 3 bins of graded cheese and 4 packages of smoked ham have an internal temperature of 10C. All food products were discarded

Follow up inspection conducted
Cooler technician was on-site to repair to cooler unit.
Ambient air temperature within the walk-in cooler unit was at 4C.
Operator plans to rebuild the walk-in cooler by expanding the size. Prior to any renovation, floor plans must be submitted to the health department for review and approval prior to construction.
