Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (Repeated violation) Observed trays of raw eggs stored above vegetables. Eggs relocated to the bottom shelf.

Observation: Rodent droppings noted in the following areas:

Kitchen
- By the exit hall way under the shelf.
- Throughout the kitchen (epecially wall to floor junctions)

- Hard to reach areas (wall to floor junctions)

- Cabinet under the handwashing sink.
- Cabinet where wifi machine is stored.

- Around the cooler next to the staff washroom.
- On the shelves where tools are stored.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas impacted by rodent activity. Soak rodent droppings with 100-200 ppm chlorine solution for 10-15 minutes before picking them up safely with paper towels. Do not vacuum.

Observation: 1. (Repeated violation) Hand washing sink by the ramen station was obstructed by ramen strainer. Ramen strainer removed at this time.

2. Hand washing station next to the 2 compartment sink was not usable as it had a drain issue. Water was not draining and pipe was leaking.

3. Single use paper towels were not available at the hand washing station next to the 2 compartment sink. Paper towels replenished at this time.
Correction: Service the hand washing sink next to the 2 compartment sink.
