Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B3MSWX.

- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available at 200 ppm for both the front and back areas. A labeled spray bottle is available for the front and a bucket with wiping cloths is available for the back area.
- Faucet handle is attached at front hand sink.
- No concerns noted with cooling procedures and cooled products. It was stated that ice packs are being used to facilitate rapid cooling until ice wands are obtained. It was stated that ice wands are on order. Reminder to verify that items are being cooled to required temperatures within the required time frame with a sanitized probe thermometer. Refer to previous report for required parameters.
- No potentially hazardous foods stored at ambient temperatures at time of inspection.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate produced is within expiry.
