304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Multiple mouse droppings found in many locations around premise including but not limited to flour storage shelf, along floor-wall join around perimeter of warehouse and behind pallets up against wall. Pest control company in once per week currently.
Also observed several packages of food throughout warehouse that have fallen off shelf and were open/accessible to pests.
Corrective Action(s): Pull out all pallets at ground level and clear out all droppings and debris. Implement a cleaning program that includes regular rotation/cleaning behind pallets and put flours where large amount of rodent activity noted into a pest proof containers. Correction required: February 11, 2023
Recommend leaving a space of at least 9" away from wall to assist in monitoring of pests and cleaning. Also recommend increasing traps in areas of high activity and checking/resting them daily.

Observation: Several gaps between concrete wall forms and floor where rodents appear to be using to access indoor spaces. Also small gap observed in back standard sized door.
Corrective Action(s): Inspect and fill in all gaps found in concrete wall perimeter where the wall meets the floor. Also inspect all exterior doors and replace/repair the flashing to prevent the entry of pests. Correction required by: Jan 27, 2023

General observations:
- Walk in cooler ≤4°C
- Food up off floor on pallets, good stock rotation noted
- Second walk in cooler used to store chocolates not in use during inspection, no potentially hazardous foods stored inside.
- Equipment appeared to be in good working order
- General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
- Retail area no longer in use
