Comments

-Recommend adding the dishwasher chlorine sanitizer test to the daily temperature records. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests, traps in place. Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 50 ppm chlorine. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
