Observation: Black bar fridge under counter was at approximately 10C however no perishable foods in cooler at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): This cooler has been consistently warm even though it has been adjusted and has been used for perishables in the past. A second bar cooler is available but not currently in use that may be used instead, recommend using this one if it is able to maintain 4C or less more consistently.
