Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Containers of dairy stored in the glass door cooler was measured with a temperature of 8.5C. The glass door cooler was measured with an ambient air temperature of 8.5C.
Corrective Action(s): Move the dairy products to a functional cooler. Do not use the glass door cooler until it can maintained an ambient air temperature of 4C or less.
