Routine Inspection: Note: Facility not in operation at the time of inspection. Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Temperature of under-counter coolers maintained below 4 degrees Celsius. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink equipped with hot/cold running water and drain plugs. Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm. Bulk rice stored in a pest proof container with a lid. At the time of inspection, no rice observed to be soaking in water at room temperature. Food covered and protected from contamination. General cleanliness excellent. Permit to Operate posted. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
