Staff doesn't know when the ice machine was last cleaned and sanitized.)

Ice machine now cleaned and sanitized. Cleaning schedule for this equipment will be added to the Sanitation Plan. Cheque ($150.00) for outstanding health permit fee was collected at time of inspection. Thank you. Once decal is received, please place on top of the old decal to validate the health permit.
