Routine inspection conducted: -Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C -Dishwashing sink properly equipped. Sink plug/bleach available for use. -Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visits. Recent report checked at this time. -Back storage area requires cleaning. Refer to above. -Bulk bin area satisfactory. Recommendation: post a signage to encourage customers to put scoops back in the container in a manner that the handles are not in contact with food. -Washroom handsink satisfactory.
