Operator is aware of issue and is taking proper measures to control mice activity. Corrective Action(s): Following items to be considered: 1- Clean and disinfect areas affected by mice droppings. Ensure to use sanitizer after cleaning to disinfect areas. Ensure to use proper PPE for cleaning and sanitizing areas. Sanitizer 1000 ppm bleach water solution discussed. One tablespoon of household bleach mixed with 1 litre of water. 2- Plcae traps in places where activity noted more. 3- Continue monitoring mice activity and take action if increased.
