Comments

Routine Inspection:
- Coolers maintained at 4C or below.
- Freezers maintained at -18C or below.
- All food products stored off the ground and organized.
- Bulk foods has individual scoops, cleaned and disinfected frequently.
- Random checks on canned goods. All in good condition and best before dates are satisfactory.
- No pest activity noticed during inspection. Ongoing pest control company contract, monthly visits, reports available for review.
- General sanitation of the facility is good.

- Post signage at the bulk area to remind customers to sanitize their hands before using
- Post signage in lunch room hand washing sink and in staff washroom to remind staff to wash or sanitize their hands
- Post maximum occupancy signs for the back storage area and restricted staff area (office, lunch room and washroom)
- Keep a log or tracking sheet when disinfecting all high touch surfaces
- Keep record of daily employee health screening
