Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Chlorine residual not detected on plate surface/water of low temperature mechanical dishwasher at time of inspection.
**Corrected during inspection** Kitchen to temporarily use manual dishwashing method (2 compartment sink). Fresh sanitizer solution is to be purchased to determine if the sanitizer is too weak. If this does not work, technician needs to be contacted for repairs.

2. Hand sanitizer (70% alcohol) mixed with water for sanitizing tables at front of house.
**Corrected during inspection** Hand sanitizer is not approved sanitizer for food contact surfaces. Diluted bleach or quats is to be used.

2. Front Handwash/sink blocked at start of inspection. Water pitcher observed to be stored in basin, water level was touching pitcher.

All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
