- Holes around plumbing pipes under hand sink on service line and along the wall by the dishwasher were properly sealed in compliance to last routine inspection
- No leak from the dishwasher observed
- Handsinks are equipped
- Temperatures of refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers and <-18C for freezers)
- Hot holding (soup) temperature was adequate (>60C)
- Low temp dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer bottles present
- Storage of foods prevents cross contamination
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection
- Diligent monitoring of temperatures in place
- Staff show good hygiene
