> All stored foods in coolers are covered.
> Vent hood filters have been cleaned.
> Sanitation under the cook line has improved since last visit. There is still some grease/oil accumulating under the right side of the cook line - ensure this is cleaned at least every week.
> Accumulated grease and other food debris can be food sources for rodents.
> Rodent droppings identified last week have been cleaned.
> Soap dispenser for the handsink at the cook line has been affixed to the wall.
