Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Display cooler measure at lowest, 6.6C ambient temperature, maintains around 9C. Probed ham sandwich at 12.6C and 11C, beef burrito at 11.6C.
2. Cooler wells that hold sour cream and other condiments on the left side measure 11C (probed sour cream).
Corrective Action(s): 1. All potentially hazardous food removed from display cooler to be discarded. All items labelled 'keep refrigrated' removed.
2. All condiments on the left side removed to be discarded.
