Observation: Tempura whisks stored at room temperature in water filled container
Microwave ovens observed with food splatter build up.
Underside of shelving directly above food preparation surfaces observed with food splatter build up.
Underside of both sandwich prep cooler as well as the top side of both coolers observed with food splatter build up
Correction: All equipment is to be cleaned daily.
Store tempura whisks in crushed ice.

Reminder: Always store ready to eat food items up off the floor on shelving
Reminder: daily clean all high touch surfaces ie food equipment handles, light switches etc.
