A routine inspection was completed due to ownership changes
Observations
- Washrooms and hand sinks have running hot + cold water, paper towels, and liquid soap.
- Iodine used to sanitize wine bottles. [I2] was 50ppm , however, a clean water rinse is completed after sanitization step. Product called "IO-str sanitizer".
- "BLC" (Beer Line Cleaner) used to sanitize beer filling machine lines and bottles.
- "PBW" used to sanitize all beer + wine equipment.
This sanitizer is an alkaline solution.
- All items (food + food contact equipment) stored 6" off the floor on shelves or racks.
- General sanitation is good. No signs of pests.
- Ensure to remove all broken or unused equipment from the premises to prevent clutter and area that encourage pests to live in.
- Approval to operate granted.
