308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: 1) The upright freezer #1 adjacent to the upright cooler measured at -3C at the time of the inspection. 2) The upright freezer #2 adjacent to freezer #1 measured at -9C at the time of the inspection. The manager stated that a technician came to fix the freezers. She also stated that the owner has ordered two new freezers and will be installed by the end of the week. Corrective Action(s): Install the new freezers and ensure that both units maintain temperature < or = -18C at all times. Call the health inspector once these units are installed.
