Corrective Action(s): -To thaw either transfer to cooler in advance or under cold running water ( keep in original package or food grade plastic bags)

Observation: Noted something appears to be rodent dropping in several areas mixed with dirt
Corrective Action(s): Clean /sanitize and put monitoring devices ( sticky traps /snap traps under all equipment behind an under all sinks

Observation: Accumulation of dirt/grease and food derbies noted under all cooking equipment, door of all coolers, under/behind and beside all coolers and freezers- Noted in last inspection

Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory
-Dishwasher temp >75 oC at plate
-Ice machine is clean and sanitary - Ice scoop are kept out of machine
-Hot holding temp >60 o C
-Bleach solution in spray bottle and bucket >100 ppm
- paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink

All noted issues to be rectified- send an action plan to address all noted issues via email to the area inspector no later then March 28-2024.
