Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Corrective Action(s): Do not use the dish wash line striping sink for dumping mop buckets. Mop bucket must be cleaned and dumped in the mop sink (Use the mop sink at Brogan Deli).

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: A number of mice droppings were noticed in the dry storage room, behind the deep freezer next to the double wash sink and behind the sliding door cooler. According to the operator,a licensed pest control operator is managing the mice infestation and they have seen a decline in mice activity.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all old mice droppings from all areas especially from the following areas ( ensure to use bleach mop once dropping are removed to sanitizer the areas) ( By January 5, 2019).
1. Behind the deep freezer next to double wash sink
2. underneath the double wash sink.
3. Hard-to-reach areas in corner between the south west corner of the kitchen
4. Floor and under the shelves in the potato sac storaage area
5. Behind the deep freezer and the entire dry storage floor especially in corners
6. Behind the sliding door cooler
7.Underneath the cook line and all prep tables and counters
8. Clean the compressor cabinet in the bar area.

Seal or patch any small holes in walls.
