-Handwashing sink contains hot water, liquid soap, and paper towel
-Coolers measured 4C or less
-Freezers measured -18C
-General sanitation is adequate
-Food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours according to the operator
-2 compartment sink is available and equipped. Sanitizer measured 100ppm. Test strips on site.
Note:
-Please provide approval letter or permit for use of the prep kitchen in vancouver
-Ensure bleach concentration is measured 100 ppm. 5 ml of bleach per 2.5L of water
-Servicing rice is being proposed. Please send an updated food safety plan to the district Environmental Health Officer
-It is not advisable to use lysol spray before sanitizing with bleach solution. Do not use lysol product in this manner.
