-the very back near the backdoor and the office area
Corrective Action(s): Do not use single-use materials for shelf-liners. Those shelves are stainless steel and should be cleaned and sanitized when soiled

Have only one area for employee effects as you already are tight for space -use the office area room for employee effects only. Use the back storage area next to back door for food storage/equipment only
