-Follow-up inspection to January 17, 2024. -Operator was unable to meet at the facility due to the snow. -Staff member contacted operator on the phone at the time of inspection. -Operator stated the food items were from an individual who has a restaurant, but was unable to provide the name or location of the restaurant. Operator stated the restaurant may be located in Abbotsford, but she is unsure. -Operator stated the foods were in zipper seal and Ziplock bags because the packaging machine was not working and the label machine was not working. -Operator was requested to provide invoices for the unknown food items. Operator stated she did not have any invoices for the products. -Public Health Act Correction Order is still in effect. All food items with Fraser Health HOLD tags and other items without labels cannot be removed from the facility or sold. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required.
