Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Rice scooper left on shelves -the wire shelves are not a regularly cleaned and sanitized surface

-Some soy sauce buckets stored next to mop sink downstairs
Corrective Action(s): -Dishwash rice scooper

Maintain the rice scooper in a washable container or lodged in the rice handle-up to avoid direct hand contamination

-Do not store foods next to the mop sink nor on the floor -this is a dirty area

Professional pest control comes on a regular basis: Orkin Pest Control comes in monthly -no activity as per the May work report

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access

Place Fetal Alcohol warning sign in the handicapped public washroom: required by City bylaw -notify me if replacment is needed
