Comments

Purpose of inspection is for renovation upgrade and change in floor plan.
Premise is built according the approved floor plan.
All cooler units are operational and below 4C.
Temperature monitoring in place.
Hot holding units and cooking units currently being installed and will require follow up inspection.
Final touches and cleaning required before service to public.
-properly install sushi bar water drainage.
-clean up remaining construction material and debris.

Temporary approval issued for premise to prepare and set up for opening day on Tuesday.
Follow up inspection to be conducted before service to the public.
