Observation: The following areas have food debris/grease accumulation:
- Floors under cooking equipment (ie, grill, fryers, etc)
- Floor behind ice machine
- Floors of main walk-in cooler and bar walk-in cooler
- Entire dishwashing area - all floors, walls, stainless steel surfaces, exterior of dishwasher, etc.
- Interior of upright cooler on cook line

- All hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm in several buckets and spray bottles
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at plate surface level during final rinse
- Bar glasswasher had 12.5 ppm iodine detected at the glass surface
- Food storage practices satisfactory - all food stored off the ground and covered
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- Hot held items were held at 60C or above
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
- Pest control is in place
