Observation: Fruit/drain fly problem still exists in dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to keep this area clean and sanitized - clean and sanitize entire area daily
- Change fly traps more frequently
- Ensure regular cleaning of drain and grease trap is being done

Observation: The following areas have food debris/grease accumulation:
- Floors under cooking equipment (ie, grill, fryers, etc)
- Floor behind ice machine
- Floors of main walk-in cooler and bar walk-in cooler
- Entire dishwashing area - all floors, walls, stainless steel surfaces, exterior of dishwasher, etc.
- Interior of upright cooler on cook line
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the areas noted above.
