Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Facility had two handwashing stations available in kitchen, but neither of them had liquid soap available. Operator had placed a liquid pump soap at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water AT ALL TIMES. Food handlers must be using these stations to wash hands after each possible contamination and as often as necessary.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers operating below 4'C; freezers operating below -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
NOTE: Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water to prepare 100-200ppm chlorine solution.
- 3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
NOTE: Manual dishwashing poster (Korean version) provided to be posted on wall above dishwashing sink.
- Washroom sinks satisfactory. Back storage area satisfactory.
- Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed.

General sanitation satisfactory throughout, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas (i.e. floors underneath/behind large equipment) on a more regular basis.

A list of menu, copy of operator's Foodsafe Level 1 and food safety plan for chicken wings submitted at this time.
NOTE: Ensure to submit the revised version of the food safety plan to the health inspector by the end of Wednesday, May 11, 2022.
